2) Public Website

We use a minimal cookie approach. We do not use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, or marketing tracking pixels on the public website.

We may use a preference cookie:

• Language preference cookie (cg_lang), stored for up to 1 year, to remember the selected language.

Analytics cookies are not active by default. If enabled in the future, consent will be requested where required by law.

3) Hosted Chat and Embedded Integrations

The hosted chat is served from Concierge Genius' domain. When a customer embeds the chat on their own website, the customer website loads a script and/or iframe from Concierge Genius' domain.

For chat functionality and service protection, the chat interface stores a functional identifier in the user's browser:

• A locally generated client identifier stored in localStorage on Concierge Genius' domain.

This identifier may be included in chat requests and used for operational purposes such as chat continuity and abuse prevention. It remains stored until the user clears browser site data.

We do not deploy advertising or marketing tracking technologies through the chat.

Because this functional identifier is stored on Concierge Genius' domain, the same browser may present the same identifier when interacting with the chat across different customer websites that embed the service. This identifier is not used for advertising profiling.

4) Administrative Access

Administrative areas use a session authentication cookie (ccw_admin_session) to maintain secure login sessions. This cookie is limited in duration and configured with appropriate security settings.

5) Payments

Checkout and payment pages are hosted by the merchant of record or payment provider (for example Lemon Squeezy) and follow their own cookie and privacy policies.

6) Customer Responsibility

Customers who embed the chat on their websites are responsible for updating their own privacy and cookie notices to inform their end users that a third-party hosted chat service is integrated.

La chat hosted è servita dal dominio di Concierge Genius. Quando un cliente integra la chat sul proprio sito, il sito cliente carica uno script e/o un iframe dal dominio di Concierge Genius.

Per funzionalità della chat e protezione del servizio, l'interfaccia chat memorizza nel browser dell'utente un identificatore funzionale:

• Identificatore client generato localmente e salvato in localStorage sul dominio Concierge Genius.

Questo identificatore può essere incluso nelle richieste chat e usato per finalità operative come continuità della chat e prevenzione abusi. Rimane salvato finché l'utente non cancella i dati sito nel browser.

Non distribuiamo tecnologie pubblicitarie o di marketing tracking tramite la chat.

Poiché questo identificatore funzionale è salvato sul dominio Concierge Genius, lo stesso browser può presentare lo stesso identificatore quando interagisce con la chat su diversi siti cliente che integrano il servizio. Questo identificatore non è usato per profilazione pubblicitaria.

4) Accesso Amministrativo

Le aree amministrative usano un cookie di sessione autenticata (ccw_admin_session) per mantenere l'accesso sicuro. Questo cookie ha durata limitata ed è configurato con impostazioni di sicurezza appropriate.

5) Pagamenti

Le pagine di checkout e pagamento sono ospitate dal merchant of record o dal provider di pagamento (ad esempio Lemon Squeezy) e seguono le loro policy cookie e privacy.

6) Responsabilità del Cliente

I clienti che integrano la chat sui loro siti sono responsabili di aggiornare le proprie informative privacy e cookie per informare gli utenti finali che è integrato un servizio chat hosted di terza parte.
